What Is a Response Card?
A Response card or reply cards are included with a wedding invitation in order to give the couple a good estimate of their guest count for the reception.
The cards and envelopes are often engraved or printed in the same style as the invitation.

- You should pre-address and stamp the reply envelope so as to make it easy for guests to RSVP via mail.
- Include a “reply by” date. This date is usually two to three weeks before the wedding. This will give you enough time to follow up with guests who have not replied yet.
